Also you don't have to use iTunes with an iPod. there are some 3rd party apps that work with your ipod.

Funnily enough I dont... All the lads I hang about with dont have a love for music like I do. Because Im always walking into town for a beer I find the mp3 player a saviour to the boring half hour each way....
