Twoddle! I sent them a mail asking for a quote on some brakes nearly three months ago and they haven't bothered their ***** to even reply! It's been so long I've even sold the bloody car! My advice is to avoid like the plague.

lol Wallace, when still had my mini i was in asking about ther daztek front mount left my number and told he would get back to me with a price, anyway 2 month later seen Gav at a show where he said, Tjought u were wanting that Front mount. as if to say why the hadnt i been in touch,

wouldnt go there for F all, no alot of folk that have alot of bad press about them.

 

well thats the thing its all their own doing, i mean your front mount must have been in excess of 300 quids worth same as most! and if you cant be botherd to chase that kind of money then your buisness is going to suffer, simple!

WP is pretty much booked out 3 weeks in advance for everything these days.
Must be providing a really bad service, eh......

Truth is there is more work than can be handled for the size of the business.
As a result, potential sales get missed.
Not good, but not surprising either.

I dont no whats happened in the past. its always the case, a garage can make one mistake (human error, we all make mistakes) and then it gets its reputation destroyed because theres a lot of rumours and horror stories which can be hard to come back from. Ive heard stories of other places that people hold in high regard as 'cowboys' and the likes. People should make ther own mind up i think.

but if you had bad service from a company would you say that to an aqaintence of yours if they were gonna go to the same company to get the same thing done,
