pain wise, its not that bad, all mental really. people think as its your todger, its the holy grail, and cannot be touched. thing is though, it can, and as long as pierced by a totally competant piercer (who happened to be a good friend of mine and my missus).
what usually happens is the piercer injects a numbing liquid down the jap eye first. this stings like **** as its compared to having a "swab" done. 20 mins later, the little fella is totally numb. piercer gets needle pops it so far doen the eye and cuts through the flesh near where your banjo string is (sorry foreskin) on one side. mine is on the right of my banjo string. pops ring through after the needle, buts in the ball and away you go.
now obviously it bleeds, mine did a lot actually, so some sort of sterile glove comes in handy to catch any clotted blood. make sure before you go in, you have a wee best you can. its best to try wait as long as possible after having it done, as the first one really really stings. imagine pi$$ing on an open wound... similar.
all i did was keep it clean via diping in sea salt water solution, and rinsing afterwards thoroughly with warm water.
2 weeks later, all is good and i moved up a size to a 3.2mm thick ring, then later a 4mm thick ring, most comfortable for me personally

I bet you can't wait to talk about it at parties etc. And I bet people say, yeah there's the bloke who mutilated his ****! As this will be the only thing you are known for.
As for having no complaints so far, same as me, none of girls aloud have complained about my performance in bed.

Yeah it worried me a little reading that.
I got my nipple done 2 years ago and that hurt like f**k to say the least, so can only imagine. Tongue didn't hurt at all, and the ladies love it. Misses loves it and so do I.
And I think people should be a less judgemental, if we are happy with them what's the drama?

I wouldn't want a gobble off a bird with a tounge piercing, it just says 'weekend sperm bank' to me. Why else would a bird get it done other than to be a bukake queen, it's not as if they look nice, is it ?

This is really confusing .... why on earth would people want to copy others when they do such idiotic things like piercings and tatts??
It says something about the person - they are not bad people, they are not all misguided, they are not all ***** and scrubbers, BUT THEY ARE ALL REALLY STUPID!!
And thats what it shouts ...... look at me, deeerrrrrrr I'm a halfwit looking for a village without an idiot!
Just my humble opinion - I don't offer it many times

I can only speak from experience but the people I have met who have these piercings are generally the ones who were weird at school, wore the mucky green coats and hated the establishment "man"... They were insular and lacked character... Never had girlfriends (or if they did they were equally werid), never played sport and often hid behind their long hair.
Now, like Davyboy said, they are known simply as "the lad who pierced his ***" or "the girl with the metal in her mouth"...
Feel free to applaud my generalised and accurate observations on the pierced masses![Notworthy](images/smilies/notworthy.gif)
It's a sad state of affairs, but the country needs people like this to point at and mock
. Variety means that popular, interesting people have folk they can look down their noses at and stare at...
I like seeing people with piercings as it makes me feel good about myself and how I turned out...

MX5 is fantastic as they always are .. its a car for whom image is not the be all and end all - pure driving pleasure is whats important.
Felicia, again - a fine car for very little money because the 'image' doesn't suit some of the mentally challenged.
But, this isn't about me and my cars is it? It's about abuse of ones body trying to copy others because you have no individuality ...... an individual cuts their own path through life - not copies anothers stupid actions!
And body piercing and tatts is all about imitating others - it's not clever, it's not funny, it's not big and it's not hard ............. when you get to 30 years old you are going to look back and think "What a friggin wally I was!!"

As mentioned, my sister has her tongue pierced.
She's a branch manager of a well known bank and is just about to start a teaching job and has plenty of friends.
Her boyfriend is covered in tattoos but is a successful carpenter and ex Army sniper/weapons tester and very good boxer.
They are both very sociable and far more interesting than many of you vacuous turds.
I get on with people who are interesting, not judgemental to55ers like some of you, who blame NL for everything.
Get a life you Daily Mail reading f**kwits.

Pete, I'm not biting

One could argue that slagging off those with tatoos and piercings and running with the masses who don't have either could aslo be seen as having no individuality, not cutting their own path through life and taking the safe, predicatable option.
Your "argument", if you could call your entirely predictable posts an argument works either way and is therefore rather weak.
Its not meant to be "clever, funny, big or hard" and therefore the fact its not is a good thing
![Thumb](images/smilies/thumb.gif)
If there is anything that I do look back on and think "lol, what a wally I was" that would be 80's clothes and hairstyles

of course, one day you may look back on you scoobynet days and think.
"Ouch - I wasn't funny at all, just a bit of an annoying knobber"

Back to the original subject............I've had my tongue pierced for 7months now (I also have 2 tattoo's which are not copying anyone as i designed them myself and they are very unique, i also have my belly button pierced and I'm an Accountant who has a very good social life and a very happy b/f
)
As of yet i have not taken it out for more than a few minutes to clean it/ change it. I don't know for what reason you need to take it out, but if it is so it is not seen have you seen the plastic retainer bars you can get? They cost very little and you would not notice someone wearing one as they are clear. Just a though
