I'm not sure I agree with the comment about PPP.
I've got PPP on mine and so far I've changed the back box and will be getting a remap in feb so other than the d/p and fuel pump, what was the point
If you intend to mod it further then I wouldn't go out looking JUST for a PPPd STI, I'd look at non PPP'd but modded as well.
It all depends on what you plan for the car really

PPP is **** IMHO (although if i buy a car with it on, so be it)
PPP is ok if your bothered about the warranty
If not go Standard STI & investigate custom maps

A lighly modded STI btw will see 330-350bhp with a nice juicy torque curve
