Nice one Toby, you haven't replied to my emails.......
Public speaking again...
Sorry but if you want public then fine, i ordered what you requested from the specs i emailed to you.
I have tried to sort this, but its taking longer than expected
, but we don't have to go this far as you got what you ordered at the end of the day.
But this will be swapped, as i said.... not sure why you have to post on here, but fair enough.

Personally i've never had any problems with NAM, have had with certain other 'leading' subaru specialists but never yet resorted to posting.
I honestly think that if an individual does have a grievance, they are better off to take it direct, with the idea being that an arrangement is worked to, with the understanding from both parties that if the arrangement wasn't met within the agreement of both parties then i would go 'public'.
This to my mind gives all parties an idea of what timescales have to be worked to (tho you do have to be realistic) and what the consequences of failure are. If someone was to just start posting on the board they have just fired there shot with not a lot left but legal action to resolve it.
Would rather sit and talk rather than antagonise/burn bridges and possibly create ill feeling which may hinder the process further, just my opinion
