Are you taking issue with my sentiment Leslie? I.e. do you disagree with my assertion that looters are scum?

If not then I'm struggling to see what you are doing in this thread... other than following me round stepping on my coat tails like some ragged little street urchin looking for a ha'penny.

Britains have been plundering wrecks for hundreds of years, nothing new there.

So if you had imported an unregisted subaru and paid up front and you see "fat fred" on TV informing britain how he had "scored" by nicking himself one of dem scoobaroos from da beach, you'd say "good on him, cars are dear enough as it is"

Talking

A big illegal plunder rave 90 miles long. Yipee!! The long suffering public deserve a break from New Labour oppression. I see the law are spitting feathers as they try to 'control' the people and are just ignored!! Good luck to them I say.

Has anyone considered that these people are actually helping to tidy up the beach by their plundering!

Would any of the goods actually be returned to their owners if the beach was cordened off properly, or end up in landfill somewhere as "soiled" goods.

In what respect is busting open a container full of nappies and flinging them all over the shoreline 'helping to tidy up the beach'? Go and stand in the corner with the dunce hat on.

No, what it proves is that they aren't as adept at thieving as their northern counterparts. Something we have known for some time.

Its not theft though. We've been through this, moral issues aside aslong as they put the relevant paper work in etc then its fair game

Now take your dunce hat back off rossyboy and stand in the corner yourself

and do you know for sure that the container with the nappies was busted open and not already spilling its contents by itself?

I was watching them open containers on the news you simpleton. Half the stuff on the beach is there because of the looters. The MCA said themselves this morning that their beach clean-up is now quadrupled as a direct consequence of the scum.

You and davegtt are obviously mentally impaired if you think that any one of those thieves are going to report what they have 'salvaged'. Either that or you are thieves yourselves. Honour amongst and all that....

Mentally impaired? Thats why 3 guys who bagged a BMW bike were on GMTV this morning showing the forms theyre filling in and going about it the correct way. So I think you'll find I am not as mentally impaired as you think

No honour here and never stole anything that I can recall apart from some beer out of the pumps in the local when they wasnt watching

Of course they are filling in the forms.... they were caught on camera making off with 15 grands worth of goods that don't belong to them!

And for every one of them caught in the act and filling in the forms there are X times more fencing the loot on ebay!

So yes, you are JUST as mentally impaired as I think.

Erm, they got the bike the other day and happily brought it back down to the beach to appear on telly.

I never said there wasnt though did I? Im just correcting you on the fact that nobody has stolen a thing apart from the stuff thats gone on ebay already.

If brains were dynamite, you wouldn't have enough to blow the kneecap off a flea so, in future, wake up the dozy peglegged hamster operating that wheel-powered brain of yours before you start typing.

Bye.
