with regards to cutting does this mean later cars (ie my 97) doesnt need to be cutt?, i assume it fits ok through existing hole for the air piping?

Not sure what the cut of year was is yours the face lift someone will be along to advise us got to pick up boy from school so ill do a search when i get back

mine is a face lift, but not v5 style, pretty sure its a v3, but some reckon its a v4 1st registration date was march 1997 if that helps

Dill is your car the yellow type r? If yes then it is a V3 the hole where the pipe that goes to the turbo may need a little griding but not much. The bumper itself needs the most trimming.
