anyway have you tried la plancha tapas in mosley?
i drove my scooby around edward rd area today some of the looks i was getting i had a sunny pulsar with blacked out windows following me for whatever reason?
car jack city round there aint it?

Yep, but our local was the "Warwick Castle", across the road from the uni. Gerry, the landlord, top bloke, used to have lock-ins regularly The smell from the old Ansell's brewery, just across from the uni, used toi drive us wild
We also used the union bar, and a place in the city centre called the Parisienne.
Once saw Led Zeppelin at the old Mayfair Suite in the Bullring.
I was VERY disappointed to see that all the underpasses, and little shopping arcades that went with them, had gone. There used to be two on Corporation Street, one on Colmore row/Steelhouse lane, and one from the bottom of Union Street towards the Bullring and the open air market. Place had real atmosphere

went to a tapas bar today in mosley Birmingham .
Started with a pint of san miguel on draft .....beautiful!
then calimari..........jucy and tender!
pancakes with chorizo and chicken, mmm..
pudding....the best cheesecake ever.
had a great meal turned out the whole set up was POLISH!! the chef,manager and waiter.
oh well had me suckered, go there again though you can be on the med in the middle of brum for an hour or two.

rich walk glad you enjoyed your tucker i will defo go there again.
alcazar, i also remember the atmosphere it was somthing else a real buzz. Apparently there moving the whole sale market to aston almost killing off the barrow boys .
still get some right bargins at the bullring markets and you can gete every cut of every animal going also the fresh fish is in abundance.
