Canada. Most, if not all of the pro's of the UK and the US, and not too many of the cons of the US (silly healthcare system for one) and the UK. Standard of living is pretty good. I can purchase a nice 3 bedroom house with full size, fully finished basement in a nice area, about 40 mins drive from downtown toronto, for aprox £132,000.
Getting in isn't too difficult, there is a points system, and the main requirement is really having a job, so if you can get a job offer, then it should be plain sailing.
We found getting work permits for the US to be a total nightmare, hence why we are based in Canada and not the US.
