Simb's all went a bit pete tong, He's still having the same problem even with the apexi, It looks like it might be the dump valve spring, not being man enough.

I've got a couple of spares he can try

Gutted, I thought it would of been all sorted and to think its down to a small spring thats causing all this hassle, I'd be feeling pig sick about now after all this time.

You could say he's a little p!ssed off is an understatement!!!!

Andy worked his hardest, they tried three things and it turns out be the dumpvalve, they took it off and it went like a rocket!!!!!!

He's got a yellow spring in there at the moment, which should be up to it but it would appear it's not. I've got a spare blue and red spring set that he's going to chuck in to see if that does the trick.

I'm happy, Now making around 1.5 bar peak boost and holding 1.4 until the upper part of the rev range where it tales down to 1.3

Andy (ACE) seems happy with his car. I was very impressed with how it pulled.

Matt i think had some problems with a boost leak or something but think it's all sorted now.

Lee had a problem with coil packs and had just changed them when i just left ACE so was off back towards Cardiff to finish the map off and drop Andy F back to his hotel.

Andy F doesn't use the road dyno, as he doesn't believe them to be accurate (mind he does say the same about rolling roads), but his guesstimate for Andys STI was between 350-360bhp and 380-400 lb/ft of torque.
Mine i would guess around the 360bhp aswell, but less torque, maybe 330 lb/ft

Begger me Dean that's a healthy figure there !!!!!!!!!

Have you fitted Carl Daveys manifold spacers ? maybe you need to budget that mod in shortly to keep those inlet temps down.
