Anyway, pipe down, Spike, you're just proving my point posting pictures of that monstrosity, and I might find myself having to get a bit terse with you.

Because a Fiesta "Flight" is a special edition does that make it immune to mods?

For the mudane "specials" like Terzos and RB5s etc which aren't that special compared to other imprezas (P1, 22B etc) - except to their owners, of course; Each to their own.

However I'll still stand my ground on tacky tasteless mods done to any Impreza, not the just the limited editions.

Point taken, SM; some Special Editions are more special than others. I think the RB5 is a bit more special than some of the others, even though it's mostly styling. The two or three grand that some expect over an ordinary UK seems a bit much, though.

Well in that case there's no excuse, Specsavers aren't exactly expensive, neither is a Shorter Oxford.

edited to add: I don't see the problem with nice mods, I think the question being asked here is really whether a nice set of lexus/carbon lights adorning your car really does make you look like the **** we know you are?

Face it, Spike. It's ruined and you're responsible. Do you have similar scrawls on the bathroom walls next to the toilet at your house? The urge to write:

"Izal medicated"

"Toilet Duck"

"Powered by Harpic"

"Kleenex"

...etc. must be overwhelming.

subaru rarely get it right first time (even with the special editions) if you keep bits to revert it back to std/special edition spec, why not put your own mark on it?

agree that some people really make a mess of it, but if it can be rectified then sod it!

anyone remember the chavy TSL 22B?
