Well i had a can of red bull for breakfast (necked it in the car this morning), tin of beans with a couple of slices of toast for lunch, and a roast lamb dinner with all the trimmings at the missus's for dinner, followed by a few cans of stella

Normally eat a bit healthier tho, i might throw in a bag of chocky peanuts, or cherry fruit corner if im feeling healthy

I do love my veg as long as its served with a big peice of red meat in some sort of gravy, why cant we have 5 portions of meat a day, i could pis* that
