None of that is available in the UK itunes store, you have to supply a US address in order to get a US itunes store.

Switching is not an option as I have a fair few purchases under my UK store login that I would lose if I did.

You're better off for it anyway. Why don't you read a book, talk to your kids/wife, walk the dog, go for a bike ride, have a chat with your neighbour, go out for a pizza...etc. TV screws with your life without you realising, could probably class the experience like that of a drug; especially if you watch things 'religiously', you'll end up having a car crash one day to catch an episode of lost. Don't say I didn't warn you.

yes I knew that, although they have nothing to complain - its call FREEview after all.

I pay for Virgin Media TV and the bandits are not reducing my subscription rate even though what I signed up for has been taken away.
