Saw this on the news this morning and had mixed feelings after seeing the footage.
She was drunk, she smashed up a car, she was abusive, she assaulted a police officer, should she be presecuted for those things, yes no question.
Should she have been "duffed up", probably not, although I'm sure the video looks worse than it really was.
She still looks well chavvy though

Remember having a go at a Police Officer friend who described using pepper spray to subdue those violently resisting arrest. He made the point that they were more likely to injure the individual if they did it the old fashioned way - with batons ! Fair point I reckon.

Would someone who really suffered from epilepsy...
a: get bladdered ...it greatly increases your chances of a siezure (lack of sleep, affects eating patterns & affects any medication)

If you can't mange to keep your cool in a give situation. And can't manage not loose your temper and punch a woman five times if she resists arrest, then you shouldn't be a policeman. Its quite simple it goes with the territory.

She was grabbed his ***** and started to wench and squeeze. He punched her on the arm (like they are trained too) to get her to release, she didnt so he hit her again on the arm until she did. Then she was bundled off to a cell.
Police did nothing wrong, its just how the news portray it that winds me up.
Stupid cow deserved all she got and more.

Seriously though, I think it's time a little of the PC and racist BS was replaced by a bit of common sense. If you obey the law, you'll never have a problem with the police, if you're polite and co-operate, they'll never need to use force.
If you abuse and are violent to them, then maybe you NEED your *** kicked!
I don't condone unnecessary force; and the police DO need to be held accountable for their actions, but really, if you're being violent towards them, then you should expect little sympathy when they have to get tough.

Well here we go then.... this young 'lady' Toni Coma (you couldn't make it up)....
Is thrown out of a club in Sheffield after drinking brandy and becoming aggressive, she then damages the doorman's car, who calls the police. When they try to arrest her she (and the rozzer) fall down the stairs and have a free for all at the bottom..... other officers arrive and try to cuff her....
She's attempting to remove the officers bollocks with her nails while also spitting at him/biting him...... one rozzer punches her in the arm a few times and is finally arrested and dragged off with her trousers round her knees!
She now says she was 'having an epileptic fit' and can't remember a thing about the incident!!
She now wants to 'sue' the police for the 'abuse' they caused her??
Oh and the 'press' roll in the token 'black' activist whose giving it 'racist assault' and the big 'its like Rodney King all over again'.......

At the end of the day, as a police officer, if f you punch someone you are opening a can of worms. Obviosly someone coming at you with a knife is a somewhat different situation. But this was a 9 stone woman - You need to be very careful as to what action you take because it will come under public scrutiny in the CCTV age.
Police officers cannot and must not be seen to be using excessive violence. Whether this was necessary or not remains to be seen.

I often think that if our liberal laws were parked in favour of giving anyone avoiding arrest a good hiding by the police, some scum would think twice about commiting these crimes...Oh and for the record, she is a scumbag....

If i was been attacked ot robbed I would prefer US cops to attend. More of them and they tend to be quicker. Also they ar ereal cops. My Luck I would a tandem full of "Community service officer" looking like Day release from the "Not quite there farm"

I don't think she should've been beaten like it showed on the video. They should've just pepper sprayed her in the face. She might be a chav with poor taste in music, but the cops should've known better than to give her a kicking in the middle of the street. I thought they normally did this down in the cells or in the back of the van ?

Will agree with the police in India, I caught some little ****** trying to go down my pockets in a market, shooed him off and thought no more of it.
When leaving i saw two policemen giving him a battering with sticks

OBEY THE LAW!!
V easy to judge this police officer from an armchair. However, if as he claims she was going for his nads, I'd defy anyone on here not to wack her arm instinctively to make her let go. You'll hardly be thinking, "I wonder how this looks on CCTV!!!" He may be a police officer, but he's also a man first and foremost. If someone goes for your nads, you react, that's all there is to it - no amount of training will allow you to overcome the pain of having them twisted.
This will be thrown out of court. It's a civil action against the police so will be heard by a jury who will have no sympathy for a character of this calibre.
As for being epileptic, I VERY seriously doubt it! Should be fun watching her try and get the requsite medical evidence to back that up.
