but it all boils down to if you got started on by someone and cctv were watching, you overpowered them pinned them to the floor and punched them 5 times the police would more than likely charge you.

I got detained in a car park in the car whilst checks were done... just as a precaution.... took an hour... a MISS.. with a scoob registered to her !! I cant cry the equality one..

She should have been kicked in the head for damaging the car alone !!
I have plenty of friends who are police and I know there are loads on here!! They are trained to punch in certain areas to make the person give in!! If it had been a bloke no one who be moaning !!
