to be honest im sick of bt altogether. i have the £29.99 a month 2mb broadband connection and pay £11.50 for line rental on their phone calls too. its pants. at the moemnt, and this has been proved, im downloading at 56k dial up speed. wtf! ive got a 2000k connection apparently. all the indians in the world (or at least bt's bombay head office) havent helped. ive had phone engineers and all sorts out.

next is the broadband engineer. as soon as its sorted, im going with sky, to get a deal on phone and sky to go with the tv.

example on money saved...

currently im paying £29.99 per month for broadban alone which is unrelaible to say the least.
paying £11.50 per month for line rental plus cost of calls, not had a problem with this side yet...
paying £43.50 a month for sky seperatley, all channels etc.

whats that... £84.99 a month

compared with everything through sky and just a bt line rental charge.

£53.50 includes phone tv and net plus £11.50 line rental from bt. £65... and dare i say it a morer reliable service and possibly not all indian call centres who have names like dave and steve...?

must admit, the sky offer looks very tempting

i`m with BT, the 8mb service (works out around 4mb) but i`m on the unlimited bandwith option (think its option 3)

problem is i think i`m stuck with them in an 18month contract

think i may be ok on that one, as i joined them in august 05" so even with 18 months its technically run out and just rolling itself on. so il say bollocks to them. as long as sky are half decent and relaible if any problems aise they cannot be any worse than bt. they just take their customers for granted as its such a big company
