Most people have camera phones these days! You'd think someone would take some snidy pics of the people doing it. And its not like you have to go and confront them either, could always phone the police. Just can't believe people can walk passed and do nothing, no wonder people get away with it.

i wish these dirty smelly lazy dole grabbing *******s would get a job and pay for their way like the rest of us, it makes me sick how these tossers get away with it all the time, you quite often see these grotty twatts parked in laybyes in their caravans with bloody great big brand new range rovers and x5s , bout time someone gave them a taste of their own medicine, bucket of brake fluid all over ther roof, not the answer i know but just see how they like it.
feel really sorry for the lad, words couldnt prob explain how the poor bugger felt.

How absolutely devastating! I expect he's insured anyway but I've got front headlights, side lights, indicators and side repeaters and a set of speedline 16's if he needs them

A bit ironic having that payday game under the jack!

Is there not a way that a claim can be made against Donnington Park organisers.

The reason I say this, is that when you are on their property, you are covered by their insurance, ie if you trip over a raised manhole, you claim from their public liability insurance.

I would have thought that cars parked on their property would be the same (even if they do have the obligatory, 'cars are parked at owners risk' signs ..... Means nothing ). Especially if you are herded where the numbskull marshalls are telling you to go.

I would make enquiries with Donnington, as it could only have one effect, and that would be to tighten security up. Whilst people claim from their own insurance, Donnington are not going to worry, as their insurances aren't being affected !!!

Disgraceful !!!!

I still am surprised at all the coverage that this car and the 'incident' has had on here and on other forums, that no-one has found out who's car it is

Surely someone must know.

Don't most of these places have signs up like ' cars left at owners risk' and ' ................ accept no responsibility for damage caused whilst on the property' etc. Sure all the supermarkets and retail parks have these up to cover their own backsides, wonder whether this is the case for places like that?

People tend to choose to avoid confrontations and may chose to have not to have seen anything

I was at Donny yesterday, main reason I went was to watch the Time Attack and I would not have bothered my **** if I knew it was going to be chavsville central. Most of them never had a clue who any of the pro cars where.

One bloke behind me told his mate" ****@ng shi£e them evos only managed half a lap". The pikey mong.

The que to get in was massive, £20 per person, plus the takings from wholesalers, they made a packet. Obviously fu$k all was spent on security.

Feel really sorry for who ever owns that car. Hope the dirty one celled pond dwelling scum get caught, or better still die.

I think we just need to boycott Donnington until they sort security. If those pictures are circulated around the web, people are just going to worry that it will be their car next.

As a group if we can get together and make a stand then it will be cheaper for them to sort the problem than have reduced attendance.

on avarage a car at these shows have anything between 2-4 people in them! thats 40-80 pound per car, times that by how many cars are there and for how many days and youve got one big **** off amount that donnington have earnt, just for letting them park their cars on a field and use the track!
the entrance charges are an absolout joke! you would think the massive motorsport companys who use the place would help pay for it and not us normal people!
if they must rip us off in this way then THE VERY LEAST they should do is make sure our cars (witch we payed 80 quid to get in there) are 100% safe!
i stopped going a few years ago as i couldnt justify the 40 quid petrol the 20 quid entrance fee and the 5 quid a **** hotdog prices just to see totally over the top **** cars! time attack is great but it shouldnt be doubled up with these wash out chav days!

also with 3 transit vans you can park around a car and make it imposible to see what your doing to it! just a thought!
and in all honesty i wouldnt go and challenge a group of pikeys or gangsta type ****** that are stripping a car. i value my health far far to much! ive seen cctv footage of gangs kicking the **** out of 'normal' people and i certainly wouldnt get my self into that given the option!
the police see car theft as petty crime wich is an insult to us all! after buying a house a car is probably the most expensive thing we shell out on and there not very well looked after are they!
*******!
if your cars not on a stand it aint worth going!

I agree. If they looked confident about it then it may have looked legit. It would have taken several people to do this quickly and an individual probably wouldn't have wanted to object or question. They may have even mentioned it to security...

Another scenario is that the parts were already stolen and the real owner was retrieving them? Unlikely but you never know...

And to think I was worried about leaving my MY00 at the rugby club outside Stuttgart for 2 days. Pointless worrying as it was still there in one piece when I got back to it just as I suspected it would be.

As Steve Whitehorn said I am so glad I don't live anywhere near the UK anymore, which is a pity as it is my home country.
That guy must be devestated. Nice to see some of you offering parts to him, so there is still a spark of community spirit left then.
