Glad I was there to see them in action. The RCM car was holding bigger drifts out of the final corner than some of the drifters Awesome to watch, better action than that other motorsport..... whats it called ???.... oh F1
Also the Lateral Performance sponsored Wagon of Steven Darley, big respect one of my favorite cars of the whole weekend.
Paul/Liz looking forward to your report on the weekend, relieved you got the car sorted, was worried it was game over after I had a chat with you in the garage.

was andy t the classic estate in a maroon colour. if so, that thing was fooking fast. i was sat on one of the hils along the rear straight and it was ridiculous. for a guy that had never watched anything like timeattack in his life, it educated me. excellent stuff.

And here was me thinking the Scoobs would get trounced by the big bhp EVO's (one of which went pop) and the Skylines,
The RCM and Zen Performance Subarus were just awesome down the back straights.
Just goes to show that Subaru can stand toe to toe with any of the big boys.
Well done chaps

It certainly isnt Bernard, which is why the two fastest cars also handle their power incredibly well in the "twisties".
The Elise was superb, it does have a rather decent power/weight and should handle the "twisties" extremely well, it's going to be very quick at all the circuits this year. Anything running in the top is a major acheivement.

It was ok but was twitchy through the corners and sounded a bit rough on full power
Do you know the guy who raced it btw?

The elise was very good, but please don't think it had less than half the horsepower of the quick Subaru's!

WR1 Owners Club :: View topic - RCMS Gobstopper at Donnington.
WOW business must be good at RCM. They've got a new truck to support the Gobstopper this year. Very very impressive to say the least.

Finally seeing it on the track shows the hard work paying off.
Big congrats

The guy driving it was Steve Guglielmi, he's very good with the pedals

Just going on some of the rumours round the paddock we were a bit lacking in the horsepower dept for sure
A bigger turbo is needed for sure, but remember this is just somebody's trackday car, it must be capable of making the power for a good few thousand miles without grenading itself.
We are aiming to lose 50 kg and gain 50 BHP for Silverstone, but will be hard pushed to keep up there.

I was only pulling your leg to be honest, it did impress me - even more so now i know how much bhp it was churning out.
Well done and hope to see more of this car

We were only on 215s!
