Not sure what you mean?
My title was, "Worst Customer Service Award Goes To ... " I am intrigued how, from that, you deduce that I am 'their' (who's?) worst customer?
I am, in fact, an ideal customer .... fair, honest and tell it how it is Just like on here then
Anyway the weathers too good to be sat here .... I'm off to mess about by the river

Vodafone are a bucn of *******.
My GF has stop the clock contract with them. When the bill came in she phoned up and payed them straight away, as in early. Anyway because she paid early, they stopped her free minutes (without telling her so), and they dont start again till the next calender month begins.
So she gets penalised for paying her bill early WTF?
Very cheeky of them robbing *******s, im sure I can take them to trading standards?

Outrageous being penalised for paying early - that is just outstanding!
I do think, mobile phone operators have the top slots sown up here really, they just do not give a **** and each as bad as the next - so where do you go?

Worst - First Direct - kept sending letters complaining I was over agreed limit to my old address despite me telling them I had moved and receiving statement to my new address ! They closed my account in the middle of sorting a new house / morgage out and will not admit the mistake.
Best - Costco

Worst: Pixmania
Ordered a camera, read reviews of company/products (afterwards) and cancelled order. They tried to delivery a week later, twice. Then kept the camera and never refunded the money. It took my bank and 6 months to get the money!! No responses to emails/website either.
Best: Norwich Union
Upgraded house insurance for nothing, as there was < 6m left. Reduced money when asking and general all-round niceness on the phone.

Worst - Atlas Removals in High Wycombe. We moved house on Aug 22nd last year and they'd had our stuff in storage for 6 weeks. It took them until last Wednesday to deliver the final 3 items. And one of those turned out not to be ours.
Best - never had any problems with either NatWest or John Lewis. And I have to say I'm with O2 and have been for some time. I just upgraded my phone with them. I'm afraid I've got no complaints whatsoever and have found them to be pleaseant and efficient to deal with.

Best : Laithwaites Wine, RBS One Account, local Skoda dealer
Worst : McAfee (virus protection etc)
McAfee took the biscuit when I used their messenger service to resolve a problem I was having with their spam filter. Their technician told me I could solve the problem....... by disabling it Mcafee came free on the computer - glad I didn't pay for it!

Worst: The Property Bureau [London Letting Agency - makes ALL others look competent, on the ball and honest, inc SKY, Telewest, Vodafone. AOL broadband moves, builders with only a cellphone as a contact, Safety Camera Pratnerships, Ugandan customs etc]
2nd worst - American Express Travel Insurance - try and get out of paying ANYTHING, ALWAYS- even when you post them the leg you lost in the accident they will quibble
3d worst - XL Airways [meet me halfway, cough up within 8 months when you didnt eventually actually have a servicable plane after keeping us waiting 12 hrs...]
Best: West Midlands Police - they really cared about my Scooby theft, had been keeping an eye on it in the airport car park [expecting the worst...] and were willing to go to court to help me sue NCP for not giving a flying *** about people's property other than getting their extortionate car parking charge.

Royal Mail - words fail me
Best - goldfish credit card. Fairly contentious issue but they got me my money back and pretty quickly too!
