I was thinking of ways to raise some money for Wongy's injured relative and I've decided if.................
I can raise up to £100.... I'll run (yes as in on foot!!) the Posers Cruise route from Basildon to Southend on the 5th May.

That's over 14 miles!!!!! So please put your name down and raise some money for a good cause and please try to be kind when passing me on route!!!!

WARNING if you are thinking of wearing your camo thong it may chafe a bit so i suggest you lube up your back passage to avoid any pain

OMG!!!!! Due to the chafe and Health and Safety issues!!!! all Camo thong has to be cancelled..... sorry....
