Tis ok, I was with the GF (now the ex) and asking you to poison her bacon butty would have probably gone beyond even the APi level of service!
Still the Shakespeare were happy to oblige......twas a long acting poison, but any day now! *insert evil laugh*
New slogan for APi
API modified Impreza's....More reliable than the women in your life!

Yes mate. No bull. But he is certainly full of it . He did some work for me and decided to sell my JDM 6 speed box that was waiting to go into my classic rb5. Also had an engine waiting to be fitted with the box that I supplied . Told me he was half way throught doing it on the ramps ( had the car for 3 months ) so flew over and was still out the back covered in bird **** . I decided enough was enough so arranged a tow truck to collect the car and bits only for him to try and give me a different gearbox back . Luckily I'm good with numbers so realised it was a differenc box. Then he tried blaming his staff from selling the wrong box by mistake !! This is all from a chap I would occasionally have a beer with .
Mark and Mikey at TDR are who I'd use . Top chaps and very honest trust worthy .

David left Stevie, I heard so many horror stories a few yrs back, I used them once , or maybe twice and thankfully had no problems, lucky I guess??
TDR I use now and having been around for many years of Subaru ownership these guys are the best for me.

That's a big shame as David was always really helpful and I was always impressed and happy with the work they carried out. Thanks for the heads up though

Api are no longer..... company dissolved..... simons disappeared.... customers cars are left and nobody really knows about it! If anyone here has a car there I’d be sure to get it out as quick as you can

No way?? That’s simply shocking, so cars are just stood there then??

Wierd they looked to have new banners out the other day?! Those floor mounted sail type banners, which I hadn’t seen there before. They are only a few miles away, I may take a drive past to see what the score is

In fact they were actually struck off.

It's going to be very messy indeed.

Whoever gets the responsibility to dissolve the company assets will take responsibility of that problem. So long as any owners can present their logbook and proof of ownership then I'm sure they will get their property returned to them eventually. Cars and shells could be ok to trace I would have thought, but if you've spent money on parts and engines etc then it's practically impossible.
It's going to be very messy indeed.

When David was there they were a decent company, had a new clutch / lightened flywheel, cambelt and oil pump fitted by them for £600 back in around 2013 ish.
Since David left it seemed to go to rat ****

^agreed
just been past, looks to be a red classic and p1 with front bumper missing in the car park, blocked in by some 4x4s. Few other cars there but couldn’t make them out in the dark
unit is also blocked up with a heap of crap 😄

Hopefully the owners of the Impreza's dumped outside can be contacted so they can get their vehicles back.
