What an awful situation, LG. There is some ghastly folks in the world. If I am passing your way, I'll sit next to their house and rev the engine for a while

This coming from the bloke who has knocked through the wall in the attic to drill peep holes in the next door neighbours ceiling, you make this lot look like Mary poppins

PMSL @ Choc O Brien

Thanks for all your comments guys - the Scoobynet community is brill

Well, Mr & Ms Community Support Officer attended today... and it all went very very well. Told them the problems, they asked me what I wanted to do.. a) informal complaint whereby they go round and give him a stern talking to and hopefully that will shut him up or b) formal complaint whereby he gets a rogering from the boys in blue..

I didn't mention c)Scoobynet Massive turning up with stereos thumping, foot to the floor rev action, and baseball bats at the ready - complete with Turdy and his thermowhatever - somehow I didn't think they'd find that option viable

My mum is a bit highly stressed over it all, so I opted 'a' for the time being... they said they would go back to the nick, talk to the beat bobby, and then call on Mr ArseWipe after the weekend, and then get back to me with an update.

Low and behold, they went away but were back within the hour next door.. We could hear Mr ArseWipe bleating through the thinned walls- serves him right for drilling a cribbage board in the walls

Police didnt come back to ours, so I await a call to see what happens...

Mr Arsewipe did complain to our landlord, but my old dear was on the phone first thing this morning too... and they told us they know we are good tenants, and that they are not going to do anything with his complaint - waste of time and money and effort on his part me thinks ..

to Mr **** Wipe

1-0 to me

but we will wait and see what he has said to the oinkers

well done HUMAN. glad to hear its at least being looked at. although i didnt spend 30 mins drawing an attack plan for nothing.

i still think option c is viable as long as we bring ear plugs a plenty for the neighbours.

Just for t'record, I checked with the fuzz on the parking situation.. as there are no lines on the road ( it's a quiet residential area - normally), and I was parking outside our property, and was not blocking the road or path for vehicular or pedestrian access, there is no problem with how I was parked..

I left my car in the same spot as it was so that they could see where it was located when the bint from next door started - they pointed out that Mr ArseWipe is completely in the wrong, knows nothing about bylaws and should shove his head up his chocolate whizzwazz

its not a woman is it. reminds me of a cross between fern britton and avid merrion.

if its offensive to anyone il delete it, but its not exactly pornographic, unless of course you like man *****.

if it makes anyone feel better il post a pic up of me in that position.
