WoooooHooooo!!!!

Sailed through it's MOT - advisory on the HeadLamp chip and also advisory that the rear brake pads may need replacing within the next 10,000miles (they sit there having covered 77,550miles - so, I guess it was coming!).

The Manager of the test centre let me take out his new Honda Civic for a spin - good grief, SUBARU have their work cut out trying to compete in that marketplace ...... it was like sitting in the Starship Enterprise!! Brilliant piece of kit!

Maybe a Honda Civic 2.2 Diesel?? It's hard to argue with 60mpg!! Off to look at the prices!!

Could this be goodbye to ScoobyNet and hello to HondaNet??

Have you sat inside an my05> impreza, as they're much better than previous interiors, especially classic's..!

Not saying they're the best out there, but at least they're not embarrassing Tokyo taxi like..!

BTW Pete, did you go out with them for the brake test..?

I have sat in the later Impreza's and yes they 'feel' better inside - but, this Honda Civic was something else!! Even a Push Button Start like on the S2000!!

Brake Test ... well, that was an eye opener ... while I was out in the Managers Civic my Impreza appeared and drove about 30 yards in the Car Park - Brake Test done I don't need to sit with them if they are only going to drive it 30 yards in full view!!

An excellent day all in all ... now I will look at the rear brake pads and see what meat is left, at 77,500miles I guess they 'should' be low??

You buy a subaru because its a subaru, you buy a Honda because you live in Swindon and i do loads around here, would be a sheep my self, but not fast enough. Could put a push button on the subaru for £50 You will only regret it.

Dont get me wrong Honda's are nice but its not a subaru

Congrats on the MOT by the way have you removed any cats
