Anyone who remembers the Tories would be totally MAD to allow them another chance to mess it up!!
It has taken Labour all this time to try and put right the mess left by the dead-in-the-water Tories ....... Labour are still struggling with the children of the Tory years, who are those you ask?? CHAVS!!!

1,000's died so that you could vote ..... sadly that means getting up off your ****.
Go to the Polling Station, spoil your paper by writing "none of the above" across it and post it in the Ballot Box - at least you have registered your point of view and can therefore comment in the future on the political party whom you happen to want to have a go at!!

in 22 now, 23 in 3 months, never voted once. waste of time. although i was suprisingly impressed by the free A5 sized bnp poster sent in the post yesterday.
whats the point in voting, every party has its down falls, and if something gets sorted, eg nhs, something else eg, roads/public transport, goes down the pan.
as for prospering under labour, yeah right. it now costs me more to drive to work, to earn less of a percentage of my own wages, to go home on a potfilled road passing decisively unsafe public transport and chav scum on the streets, to my humble house, which i pay more council tax for every year (above inflation), to get my bins cleaned out half as often.

If you mean me then i thought we had a heated discussion and agreed to differ and no more than that, Come on it is only SN and it is not the real world now is it.
As for the infraction no, it was not me!
If you think it unjust then contact Shaun, Simon or Sammy.
BTW i did not vote at all, all candidates/policies lame and weak mho. You may say this is a wasted vote but little point in voting for someone/ploicies i do not believe in. Same applies for the general election at this moment in time.

I also agree that it is a "cop out" not to vote at all and does no good whatsoever.

last time i was involved with the police, i didnt have pubes so thats not a consideration
nhs has never really let me down so far, but i have had no need for serious medical treatment - ie cancer etc.
everyone moans about the government anyway regardless of how bad they are
only me and the mrs so the bin never overflows in the two weeks we wait for emptying
sod the enviroment, il be dead before "the day of reckoning"
ok council tax is a joke, but every party will increase this above inflation... best of a bad bunch?
stealth taxes... elaborate on that one andy - examples needed
ok youve got me on fuel but again, any other party with its green taxes will tax the motorist to the hilt until were all on pretty pink bicycles with straw baskets attached to the front, and pink spreamers coming from the sides of the handlebars.
im not an economist, but there does seem to be more police sorting out the chavs these days round my area anyways. if not thats what god invented knuckles for.
infinitum? well im half your age so couldnt possibly be expected to know what that means as im too bothered about decats and modifications to my impreza.
all with a pinch of salt.
*disclaimer*
<due to working nights, i havent had much sleep last night from my working pattern buggering up my sleeping patterns. therefore my opinions of now and in 5 hours time (when im waiting for manchester united to thump the blue side on manchester), may differ considerably>

One day you may think differently, but at the moment you appear to have a totally irresponsible view on life.

I didnt bother, for two reasons really.
1. I was tired, did a 14 hour shift and couldnt muster up the energy mainly because of reason 2.
2. who would I vote for anyway? there all going to put the price of tax up and fuel dutys, and do something to p155 me off, so if I didnt vote. lol

think my original point has been disgarded here. i didnt vote and havent ever voted mainly because i feel the next bunch whoever get voted in will do as bad a job as labour are currently. the view points of several mature scoobynetters, ie you, pslewis etc, certainly wont change my mind via their keyborads either.
sorry im biting now arent i?

fair enough, your allowed your point of view. were not gonna agree to be honest. maybe the immature point of view is because im 22 and not in my mid 40s with 2.4 kids? maybe just maybe il mature in years to come.

I meant that not voting at all does not do any good at all, you can vote in such a way that you send a message to all the major parties, ie that you don't think anything of their policies, or lack of them, and it is about time that they started to take notice of the electorate and governed for the sake of the country and not for themselves!
I may well be wrong but I thought that your post gave the impression that you were only interested in yourself and that you don't give a stuff for anyone else.

No I don't think you are biting, you are entitled to give your views just like anyone else of course. I can understand your views about politicians in general and tend to mainly agree with you.

sometimes i think of no. 1, as in me and my fiance, and sometimes i think 'could i make a difference'. like what pete said in his post about voting for nobody, i didnt realise this and the fact its an option at showing your unrest on a voting poll. maybe next year, but i didnt really get anything through the post anyways regards voting. without scoobynet and the bnp poster i wouldnt know it was happening.
Yours might only be one vote Chocolate-but they all add up in the end.
