This is THIS Friday, people.

Details:

Meet at the BRICKWORKS pub, just off M62 J27 for a 7PM DEPARTURE.

You will need to bring whatever you will be eating and drinking at both beach locations (BBQ will be coming along )

The route is approx. 340 mles, so 2 tanks should do it easily as the pace will be a steady one.

Sean has a Football Gala all day on the Saturday and we can't cancel like we can the Saturday training*..

(*only in exceptional circumstances though.... Like Blyton or the NBO weekend **cough** )

 

Not sure if I am going to make this, as clutch is not well. Sticky the route I suspect will be quite hilly me thinks please advise. What the plan for Saturday daytime.

 

Possibly 'hilly' Mark, as one option was to do Hardnknott and Wrynose passes. They redifine what you may have thought of as hilly

However, this was put on the backburner as it's gonna be dark, and therefore the scenery would have been lost, so as it is we will be going through the lakes, but not over anything too steeply inclined.
