Hate the VTA so again I'm on your line of thinking.
A few people have said that this is a good exhaust now... i would consider it if i heard one in person... but i doubt that will happen as every impreza around me is either bonkers loud or standard. LOL

I've done awee search of the net but cant find anything relating to this. Can you point me in the right direction?

Adjustable Whiteline ARB on the rear with uprated alloy drop links all round and Whiteline Anti Lift Kit (Demon Tweeks give Scoobynet members 15% discount which is worth remembering). Finally fitted H brace underneath the car to compliment the front and rear strut braces that were already on the car.
15% that would probably make the whiteline stuff a tad cheaper than the perrin equivalent. Must investigate further..

You've spent a few quid alright and by the sounds of it i'd be very please with the setup you have..

Andy forrest for sure. I'll book a date with him soon for march next year (birthday present) if he's available then. He's also the closest one to me..... i have to travel southwards to get to him, just under 300miles.

Was a group buy on here for the blankets-not read the thread but assume you would be able to track one down.

I drove mine a similar distance with the turbo/ exhaust mods in situ off boost. Took me a while to get there like and I think a few road users got impatient about my unwillingness to over-take tractors but had to be done.

The only thing I was told not to fit was the Induction/ cold air kit which had to be fit on the day of the map by the mapper. He also kindly fitted my 3 port at the same time and didn't charge me a penny.

As long as you drive it carefully and do not go into positive boost, driving that distance won't cause you any problems even with your shinny new induction. (Unless you are changing the size of your MAF pipe)

I had to fit my cold air feed/exhaust/uprated actuator in advance of going to see Bob which meant i had to drive to Swindon at about 40mph down the M4. (I even had a guy overtake me in a brown Austin Metro while laughing his head off!) Although anoying it didn't cause any problems to the car though it did help to have a boost guage to make sure i didn't going into positive boost. I was advised i would be fine up to 0.5 bar.

The induction kit was fitted on arrival then when stright out to map
