Same sex relationships

When it comes to family, and the raising of children then in many respects I agree, but whilst we are just talking sex then I still say anything goes. I have known several gay couples of both sexes, and in my experience they have usually been very good, moral and upstanding people, and if it came to it I believe they would make significantly better parents then many of the breeding scum from the bottom end of our society. You can argue that a child benefits from a relationship with both sexes in having a father and mother, and certainly we have evidence from single parent families that the absence of one parent may cause social behavioural problems, but is this due to simply a reduced input of overall parenting or the absence of a specific sex as a role model and/or influence ?

So what hope has my little boy got? Lol. I am a single mother(since last year). My son is 5 and his sisters are 21 and 18. He will have 3 strong female adults influencing him and one of my daughters is gay!

I am sure that having already successfully brought up your older children that you and your little'un will have no problems. I posed it as a question deliberately as there are too many factors to consider, but I did make it a strong point that there are a great many straight couples whom maybe shouldn't have kids and there will be many single parents doing a better job than some of them, and that there is little reason why homosexual couples shouldn't also become good parents. There are bad parents of every type.
What is best ? A Mum and Dad whom are down the pub every night, fight regularly, neglect the needs of their children when it comes to guidance, support and simple attentiveness ? A single parent doing their best, working hard and spending every other hour with their child to try and redress the balance created by the other parents absence ? Two persons of the same sex ?
I think many of societies stigmas, quite rightly, are disolving nowadays and many of us can appreciate the wider picture. As long as the primary concern of any parent is the child then they will hopefully do a good job. You could theorise about radical homosexuals filling a childs head with rantings about gay rights from a young age instead of giving them a rounded understanding of society, but the same accusations can be levelled at religious fanatics, cramming in their own beliefs before a child is old enough to understand and begin to formulate their own opinions.
I'll say it again. Live and let live.

Natural selection would suggest so, but humans do not have a lot to do with natural selection, Hence homosexuals having ivf and gays adopting as their human right, and the bone idle sitting at home breeding like rabbits whilst the rest of us work our ***** of struggling to pay the bills.

I don't think it is the right thing for anyone to be seen passionately kissing in public whatever their sexual preferences. I think it is embarrassing and not all that pleasant to watch.

Come on Les be honest now! We all know if you saw too stunning women having a good game of tonsil tennis, the old blood would be rushing to your pork sword like no tomorrow.
DJ Vinyl Ritchie.........and if you were being ABSOLUTELY honest, you'd discretely whack one out under your cardigan

Like most people I would find it offensive to see demonstrations of heterosexual passion or for that matter a pair of homosexual men or lesbians going at it hammer and tongs either!
