My wife wants to go down from a G cup to a D cup as she says it's hurting her back.

I'm not too sure whether that's a good idea or not...

And no, i'm not posting pictures!

Boob job, tattoos on the small of the back, ironed straight highlighted hair, 'mong boots' n leisure suits, all inclusive holidays, meals at TGI Fridays/Nandos (preferably in a shopping center or retail park), chav names for little Morgan and Mason, ITV, soap operas, a nice little house on a 'posh' estate somewhere, an SUV for the school run, belly button piercing and maybe a tongue stud etc etc etc

choose life. choose to read these stoopid comments by a total looser, who wakes up on a sunday morning, and chooses to destroy other peoples threads. choose to report him for his blantant trolling and numerous aliases. choose the ignore list, until he re-invents himself more times than madonna on a brainstorming session.

Nice one, particularly quoting so that anyone choosing to ignore can read them you might want to edit that..............

Wasn't trolling either just a list of things that go together, tell me are those comments a little near to the knuckle for your liking?

Don't take this the wrong way but does she have/enjoy doing any of the items I outlined above as well as her augmentation?

Serious question rather than a dig BTW.

Serious answer, Infractfree - i think you know all too well that boob jobs are not considered by the majority of the public to be held in the same low esteem as the other items you've listed. There are some high profile girls who've given them a bad name, sure, but done properly they can look fantastic and provide hours of entertainment, not to mention all the wellbeing benefits for the woman. Is it just that you know you'll probably never have sufficient spare income to be able to afford to get your partner the operation? Sounding suspiciously like projection to me, just fyi.

She had them done for herself & yes of course I benefit, but the sole purpose was for her own reason's.

Would she do it again..well the answer quite simply is yes she want's to go bigger, as in the initial op you/she can only go to a size your skin allow's.

Is that reply a little bit to serious for you.

Cheap comeback at the end Tel and as an enlargement costs the price of a decent weekend break I don't think that money is an issue.

I've done extensive field testing of augmentations of this nature and IMO none felt as good as the real thing.

Happily my current partner has no need of artificial enhancements in this area and having talked about cosmetic surgery during a particularly graphic episode of 'extreme makeover' she expressed the opinion that barring some kind of disfiguration that she regards women who do this type of thing as naieve at best but most likely lacking something psychologically. I don't concur 100% having read cases of particularly flat chested women who led much happier lives after at least getting something of a bust through surgical means.

I can't help feeling breast surgery is just another example of the quick fix society we live in along with vile practices like liposuction, botulism injections and pumping your lips up with cows connective tissues.

Anyway I have a feeling that many of today's new takers for a tit-titanifier probably fit into the mould I outlined above...............

Thanks for the reply- I was just wondering if she had any of the things I outlined above as well ie iron straight streaked hair, piercings, back tattoo etc etc. Just wondering if my stereotyping has any truth to it..............

No it wasn't intended to be "cheap", it's just that to the vast majority of people it's an absurd thing to associate with the other items on your list, that's all.

I bet you she doesn't, not unless she has no female friends. In fact i'd bet BIG money she doesn't think anything of the sort.

I was talking about the money comments really.........but although you may not associate breast enlargment with the other things from what I've seen on some of the more low rent beaches I've visited recently you may well be out of touch........

Perhaps. I don't see it as a social class thing. Low rent girls might be more inclined to show them off more blatantly, i don't know, but i think you're the one being naive if you think all women who have it done are like that

Tel, I am telling you quite sincerely that was the discussion we had. She has plenty of female friends, in fact she has very few male friends and I'm sure some of her comments were relating to her cousin who not only fits the mould I outlined but is a complete nutjob. Not to mention high profile cases like Leslie Ash who I think most people would agree is a tormented soul.............

Get her on here, let's have a chat with her It's oh so easy to "categorise" people if you're not the one who would benefit from the operation, but no well adjusted woman i know (and i assume your partner IS one), would ever class women who have the op as either naive or psychologically deranged. You're on thin ice here

Somehow I can't see her spending time on an internet car forum- as I said she's well adjusted.

From some of your comments Tel I think your life experience is more limited than your opportunities allow- 'no well adjusted woman I know'. Ask yourself this- why on earth would a well adjusted, beautiful woman want to vandalise her body, risk all kinds of complications and pay for the privelege unless she had issues with her own self image or some kind of disfiguration.

Won't deny self-image is a part of it. But that ain't the same as "psychological issues" unless you're just looking for a soundbyte. You may or may not go to the gym to tone up - if you do it's the same thing. Many blokes like big **** - exercise can't provide them, science can. Job's a good 'un

I can't seriously believe you are likening a work out to having someone cut you open and stuff foreign material inside your body. Two entirely different things.

I have no issue whatsoever with people that do choose to have cosmetic surgery as long as I'm not paying for it through taxation. However I do question if it should be so freely available and whether or not it's advisable. Particularly as a 'fashion' thing which I do believe is a big issue here.

Quite honestly I think a session with a psychotherapist might be more useful and productive long term- quite possibly for the breast fixated male as much as the female.

Absolutely agree about State funded boob jobs, nobody needs one THAT much to cure insecurity issues.

The comment about the psychotherapist i'll politely ignore given that you're in no way qualified to make that sort of statement. I'd be interested to see how many other people agree with your outlook on this.

You've not read many replies then? A barely literate comeback, ripping off a now hackneyed book/film's hook line, from the mind of someone who clearly felt what I said hit a nerve. I thought it was particularly weak personally..........

Do you need the reassurance of a majority verdict to bolster your opinions? If you do I'd suggest that concurrance by a constituency such as this one hardly provides validation.
