I have to disagree with the above, if the op is done correctly the end result is very very good indeed, to the degree that you simply wouldn't know...

As for the great unwashed, they seem to love nothing better than buying cr@p English beer and lager they can freely get at home despite being on the other side of europe in one of my establishments. God bless the ignorant.

FYI Many teenagers find politics boring and full of old 'fuddy -duddy's.. so thats possibly why they choose not to be interested.(Ive just asked one of mine ).. The future for a teenager is the great unknown, its only when your reach a certain age that a beautiful thing called 'hindsight' gives you 20-20 vision... you obviously DIDN'T have enough understanding/information/knowledge about th topic of 'boob-jobs' hence your original post 'line' as it were.. (which has since gone ever so slightly awry)

Each girl had different issues with them, but at the end of the programme none of them had surgery to reduce them in size. I think two of them investigated exercise and proper support for their breasts. Proper bra fitting etc.
It might be worth searching the BBC website to see if you (your wife) can find out more about it, and the options.

For the information of chocolate brain none of my comments indicate being a 'fuddy duddy' or whatever he'd like to think. It's merely my take on what look like some fairly sad and damaged individuals............

Are you guys forgetting that womens minds do not work in the same way as mens! You can talk all the psychobabble in the world to try and understand why a woman would be unhappy with the way their body looks, but unless you are in that situation, you won't.
To try and put the world to rights over it, and to say it's a sterotypical image to have a boob job in 2007, is by all accounts laughable.

bottom line , is if it helps a woman feel 'more comfortable and gives her a better 'feeling of being' with herself(or esteem as its called ), isn't that all that really matters

All the before/after pics i've seen on this look NOTHING like the natural thing. I thought about it myself but having heard the horror stories and seeing the 'stuck on' look, i wouldn't do it now. To risk your life for bigger ***** is ridiculous.
