Ok if you're taking it down to that level then yeah, ok, but as far as my understanding goes it's classified as a routine operation now. The technology has advanced further than you might have imagined with regards to appearance now too.

if your talking 'risk' assessment, I wonder just how much 'more' of a risk it is than walking across a busy road in Central London? or wandering down the road 3/4's pissed and making the wrong turn? now I know these things are if/but/maybe's whereas the operation should have been meticulously planned, but risks are risks are risks..... surely any doctor would talk about the relevant issues/risks BEFORE getting ANYWHERE near to the operating table, and would deter anyone that he/she deemed unfit for whatever reason to have the op? theres always the side-step to that by going abroad, of course, but I think that even those that take that route would think perhaps more so of the risks by doing it in that way...

I can only pool my info from experience of my wifes op, doesn't look anything like stuck on, though after the op, things did look quite odd for a while, but now you wouldn't know they were done, which in effect is the ultimate aim, or for my wife anyhow.....
your right though, it is a risk.....

but in the sense of your wifes feeling of being a 'woman' well worth it I would hazard a guess? Im pretty sure that the vast majority of women that would get this done, (yes there ARE the Jordan wannabee's out there and do this to further their **** career via the medium that is daytime/chav tv)to increase their self -confidence?? having to 'wear' chicken -fillets in a bra for years to to fit in as it were must take its toll... much like those poor chaps with little ******* I guess.... and I wonder just how many of the blokes on here have looked /perved at a woman over the last few years and not even realised she's *cosmetically enhanced*

I don't believe the people on here who are saying you can't tell by touching. Maybe not always by looking but in every case I have personal experience of you can tell- and I've tested quite a number of cases.

altho' scar tissue is unique to the person... vast majority is virtually unrecognisable with a few months..

Well it's true, once the implant has reached body temprature & it's a good job....you can't tell by feel or visual.....

No need- what I usually do is flatter some gullible young tart and charm my way into her pants. My athletic build, winning personality and ability to spot stupid women a mile off make it a breeze.................
That said sometimes when some of the lads and I are having a saturday afternoon/evening football n binge we have been known to 'dial a stripper' or 2 for a home visit.........
