Sorry but I thought it was utter pants!
Wasn't blown away by the graphics at all. I know it's only beta but that fly by on the title screen looks like something the original Xbox could have done.
As for the gameplay, well sorry but the deathmatch is rubbish. I only managed to tollerate playing on one map (map in the loose sense of the word, more like a single area 'arena').
Having read Myblack's account above, I may give it one one try to see what the map with the vehicles is like but as a showcase for Halo 3 they've really shot themselves in the foot with this one.

They did say a long time beforehand that the final graphics haven't been done yet. The beta was released just to test the online multiplayer stuff, it's not intended as a "demo" of the final game (which is one of the reasons I never bothered with it)...

Well tried it last night with a couple of players off here and it was taking ages to find any games or match any players, the one game I did play in was so massively laggy with screen jump it was impossible to play. It wasn't particularly impressive but will keep going with it in anticipation of updates released for it and the initial hype to die off so games become playable.

Halo multiplayer has always been like that.
Think the problem is that people have come from PC online FPS and expect the same (not having a go but just a general comment).
Bravo have to agree you trying to find games was a pain in the **** but i found it was the time that most people were coming home and swamping the servers (saw that there were over 50000 players at one time)
