Christ the gaffers away on business and the whole place turns to sh*t!
Dunno whats gone and frankly don't care, people will always have differing opinions and veiws on subjects, what I can't understand is why it means that key members of the WYIOC feel they have to leave to settle their differences. IMO its a sad state of affairs.
I hope that everyone can at least talk out whats on their mind and stay within the WYIOC circle, if people don't want to leave then don't. We're adults aren't we?

I'm sorry it's raised its head again as I'd asked for this to be kept off the board, and it has in the main...
As may be obvious, it's an isolated personal issue that has absolutely no bearing on the way the club is run or is going. Take a look at how well the Nostell Doo went and that should let you know things go from strength to strength
I can only agree whole heartedly with Rich and will put this forward... Behind the scenes... Ta

[QUOTE]jb. nobodys slagging you off You've brought this on yourself
As for my "Agenda' It's simple the clubs yours mate all yours .....
I do not want the club mate. i just want to get on.
yes you do slag me off mate ive seen the pm's you have sent
and why should we not have fun. we have fun every time we go out on a run
and this thread was nothing to do with you so why are you getting involved
again just drop it mate its upsetting that you are trying to make it my fault and that you are leaveing the club. i think it was inevitable that pauls car would be under the clinics tent at the sso and all the other events and i seriously wish him all the very best mate... so please stop having a go at me online.....jb and thats my piece

Dave, JB I have to agree with Stu and the other comments here.
I've spoken to PC today and he's been kind enough to keep this offline where it belongs.
I'd appreciate it if you can close this and deal with it behind the scenes as it's simply diverting attention to the club and its membership which has nothing to do with this.
I did ask politely at the beginning, now I'd appreciate some decorum and politeness on a club open forum for club matters...
Thank you.

right, what on earth has been going on here, firstly we aren't in first school, secondly there has to be a certain amount of acceptance of other people views. Now whether you see them as legitimate or what, other people have differing ways to your own. at at time where there's so much trouble in the world, little girls are being abducted and people in the far east who would like to shoot you granny, a little tolerance to others is the only way you can live.
Regardless of whats happened, been said, or in-sued then you must take a step back look at yourself and be above it. Often the ways of others can be perplexing, but you must accommodate how they think, not just for you but for the benefit of all the people who think of you, your friends. Now id urge you to take a deep breath look inward, think of how you interact with your fellow men and girls and take some time to reflect on ways to resolve the problem or put it to one side. It doesn't just affect you and the opposing party, it affects people who you've become friends with and these people deserve more than throwing the towel in, its easy to simply give up but takes tolerance and and humanity to let situations not affect you and your life... there are people who speak out, there are people who will always be on the fringe of what you call acceptable, but this is life and without them your outlook would be dulled by normality... it takes more to accept this than to give up and affect your own circle of life, so I'd say rather than let these things get to you look at it as an opportunity to be more tolerant and wise. I here people talking boll0x all the time, either making ****e up, pretending to be people they aren't, living a dream and so on; but hey who am i to judge them, i can form an opinion but from that I'd like to learn and take strength from it... unless someone is pushing your personal space look at it as one of those things, we're all here way too short a time to allow others to interfere with our existence and the people and friends we have the fortune to meet... have a good think and get a f000king life.!
I was going to quote Aristotle but thought better of it
anyhow, put it behind you all and act in the way you'd expect others to act, if everyone does this it will resolve its self...
