Hi guys and girls.. Scottish Member here, saw a post by killa on ScottishScoobies saying that there might be a couple of spaces on the WYIOC Stand for SSO?? I'm trying to sort out somewhere to stay and who is coming down with me at the moment.. but if I manage that, then I was wondering if I could stick my car on your stand?? Worst case scenario is that I'll be staying in a layby on the A1(M) and turning up on my own..

Steve (and all those on the stand who may not be there early doors) - I'm not sure if there are passes, but if you get marshaled away from the stand area to park in the outfield, just tell them you're with the club...

Just to confirm: I'm not aware of passes being needed, but in the first post Simon does say that stand cars won't be allowed after this time. This sounds a little harsh if people can't genuinely make it before 9, but my moby # is below to get in touch on the day and I'll see if I can arrange late comers to be admitted....

You will be required to setup your area between 7:30am - 9am on Sunday 27th May. Any vehicle entrance for the Club Area will not be allowed after this time. It is your responsibility to ensure that all your Club Area vehicles are in and setup. We operate a strict health & safety policy, so will not allow vehicles to be given access to this public area whilst the event is live. The event should end around 5:30pm on the 27th, which all area's will need to be cleared.
Upon arrival:
* Please tell the gate staff you are a Club Area Organiser and what your full name is.
* An envelope will then be handed to you with your specified number of Special Club Area Vehicle passes (any further vehicles that are attending with you, but have no vehicle pass for, will have to park in the general parking area - no exceptions)
* Special Club Area Vehicle sticker passes must then be stuck on to either the bonnet or boot of the vehicle, before access to the designated area will be given.
* Each person within any car (unless under 16yr accompanied with a paying adult) will be required to pay the £15 spectators fee on the gate (or show your ScoobyLive Ticket if this has been bought on-line).
* You will then be directed to the Club Area
* I will be in the Club Area till around 9.00am, so please ask any of the officials for me if you have any queries. :-) As soon as I see each group of club's come through I will pop over anyhow.
