Anybody slightly suspicious of the "evidence" that convicted him? Only a few bikes in the area of the same colour.... Hmmmm.....
Right-o, just me then.

Been a biker for a very long time Went through a long series of "plastic rockets" up to the Kwaker ZX12R but have now decided to go Vintage for a change. Actually this one is a 750 and is capable of over the ton anyway.

Shall be doing the vintage runs now-first one will be around Dartmoor next month No its not for sale!

A fine sentiment - just stick to the speed limit when greeting those with these skewed policies that make our roads more dangerous

If he got away with this for years and had a hooky plate he 'would' become an unlikely future folk hero imo. I respect his stance but not the implementation. The problem is everyone in the UK (the law abiding that is) seem to be lambs to the slaughter atm for our current scewed policy on tax collection.

People like Flightman seem to miss the point entirely. Perhaps he should just hand over his wage packet every month and get it over with

Interestingly, I was talking to a mate earlier and he told me he gave the finger to a mobile unit as he passed knowing he wasn't speeding, and he got done too – for speeding!!

I wonder how he would have fared had he tried to contest it.

What I'm starting to suspect is that the law will go out of it's way to prosecute anyone who shows any kind of decent toward 'safety partnership enforcement units', or whatever they're called. Which is kind of worrying IMO

I for one will be joining forces with some very able people and showing plenty of dissent in a very public way [more later]. I aint no Arnie, but by now I have zero fear of these pratnerships - their own stats sink them after all.

I suggest we all stick together in principles of reality and common sense. The writing is truly on the wall [and the wall is greater than Scoobynet griping]!
