Theres a certain hiphoprisy here though. Once upon a time we behaved in pretty much the same way -now days weve become more civilsed and abore such cruelty ( quite rightly ) . We also wish these people to stop burning green house gases NOW although we have, and built empires at the same time, been doing so non-stop for three hundred years.

I watched that on skynews.co.uk. I was sickened with what I saw, as the cow was still alive 10/15mins afterwards. I didnt like watching that poor bear pull the car, whilst wearing that outfit.
I do find the chinese a strange race, on one hand they respect tradtional, world, but on the other hand seem to do such barbaric things.
Ive worked in a Japanese Bank and after a year soon changed my beliefs towards Japanese / Chinese people and feel that although protraiting a respectful race, are completely twisted and strange. One good example is chinese / japanese ****, that is truely twisted, their game shows another as it shows what they consider as `fun` and good viewing.
Why dont they merge the two things together, instead of the cow, get one of those stupid game show contestants to run through the lion enclosure, see how far they can get.

You are correct about the Japs twisted sexuality - they have a fixation with school girls - not your St.Trinians 6 th formers , but your "school Girls". To satisfy the punters urges a number of train/bus carriages are apparently filled with school girls - fully kitted out .The punters then go in and feel them up at their leisure - knowing that they can't get prosecuted for assault . It takes all sorts I suppose.

I think this is an awful story. I would not go along with putting a live deer in with the tigers either. Seems to me it is all an excuse for them to watch the agonising slaughter of an animal which to my mind is inexcusable. Of course the tigers eat meat but at least kill the poor creature humanely first.
Even if they do get their kicks out of seeing animals in agony, I think it is shameful behaviour.

Les, you think giving the missus one with the lights on, or swearing in public is shamefull behaviour, so it may be best we disregard your opinion as the benchmark

Must be short of entertainment if a Tiger eating its dinner is big crowd puller, I appreciate that large predators eat live prey, have seen it on wildlife documentairies but I wouldnt call it a spectator sport.
Now feed them Morris Dancers, that would be cool....

..... For Entertainment
When I first heard this report I thought, "Well, if they let a deer out into the Tiger pen and they bring it down and eat it - thats a natural thing which happens"
The reality of what happens is rather more sickening - don't know if anyone else saw the pictures this morning?
A group of about 12 Tigers laying in a circle, about 10 coaches of visitors (lots were children), a tipper van pulls up ....... and out is tipped a cow - the Tigers (who are not hungry at all) grab the cow and start munching on it whilst still alive!!
The crowd were given Chickens and Ducks to throw to the Tigers - well, give to them as there was no chasing involved ..... the animals took ages to die.
In fact the cow was still alive and mooing in pain 15 minutes after it had been first tipped off the truck!! ..................... not sure how long it took to die in agony, being eaten alive.
Then, another show was filmed a few hours later - another cow was tipped in front of the Tigers and crowd ...... the Tigers were clearly not really interested - but being Tigers, started to slowing munch on that cow too (but with no desire to kill it!)
Quite the opposite to my idea of a deer having full run of a large field and the Tigers having to bring the kill down and despatch it quickly.
Sickening ...................

What do you want us to do, go to war with China over it.
Tigers kill things FACT. Thats how they eat & survive.
If the Chineese want do do trips for people who want to see Tigers doing what they do in the wild so what.
We are not the World police, thats got us in enough trouble playing that game.
Belive it or not WE GB USED TO OWN OVER HALF THE WORLD.
Do you think we took over places by walking in & saying, "Hello old chap, we`re British & we would like to own your country".
Sorry ,did`nt quiet happen like that.
We are a War-like nation after been concoured by the Vikings & Romans ect.
We went in to countrys and slayed, raped & pillaged just like our forefathers the vikings did to us.
Do you know you can visit places like Cambodia, go in a field with a AK47 and slaughter a cow for a fiver. I do I know people who`ve do it
I bet you part of the, "don`t drive fast" clique on here are`nt you.
