What do you all do when you see someone with there FOG lights on GRRRR!!

But what is the difference between "fog" & "driving" lights???
Cos in the manual for my Peugeot is states that they are "Driving" lights & not fogs!!!
So the other night, got stopped cos they were on by mistake after some fog the previous night..
Police tried to give me a ticket, until I showed them the manual.. They backed down and "recommended" that they should not be used on dipped beam.. But on full only.. Result I think

Is it....
...DRIVING lights if they can be switched on no matter what the state of your headlights is (i.e. dipped or main beam)
...FOG lights if they can only be switched on when your headlights are dipped...
(i.e. Scoobies have driving lights)

What use are the rucking rozzers they don’t care about w**kers with there fogs on front or rear all they want to do sit on there ***** and do **** all about anything, no lets nick someone for
speeding instead or not worry about someone having their car nicked or house broken into no that would cost to much money to worry about, I have a video tape of some wa**er walking away from my company car with my power tools it's a crystal clear video of the tosser almost like a photo the copper even had a good idea who it was but 6 months down the line "I'm sorry sir we have finished our inquiries and will not pursue in any further.

so Scooby's have SPOTS that can be on with dip'd or main beam!!!
so they are Driving lights then????? or Fog Lights??
if mine are driving lights cus i can have them on with my main bean, there not very powrfull and don't light the road up very far!!!
