Right foot hard to pubis ---> neck & **** her out of the front door, followed by belongings in bin liners.
Or you could sit down, talk about it, and believe the waffle it woun't happen again.

I would stick with her if I were you. I would also pay the other guy a visit, knock him into next week and make it patently clear to him that if there is any more funny business he'll be eating his dinner through a straw.

Why the anger for the other bloke?
It's the woman that is at fault here. The Bloke might not even know she has a BF (unlikey) but still, he is not at fault.
Wanting to beat the other bloke up, is a reaction to not being allowed to beat your woman. We should beat women more.

Hey hey, Gav is fully aware of my relationship with Mr Hunt..
I think if any of you lot were in this guy's position you wouldn't just dump your girlfriend not if you really loved her!!
Us women are funny little creatures, she might have deleted the messages because she thought that you might not understand that he's just a friend and they were both just messing around, nothing intended by it!! so it's just easier to delete the messages instead of it starting a big argument. As I said talk to her and if she goes mental she's hinding something!!
There's a guy that I get on with really well, I don't work with him but he works for a company we deal with, he text's me and emails me a bit and he's a little flirty and me being me, i'm a little flirty but it stops there, even if he wanted more it would never happen because i'm happy in my relationship.

My ex wife was cheating and the contact was mostly done through mobiles. She may not actually be cheating so you have a chance to save your relationship if you want to.
If the trust dies with this then it will be very very hard to get it back. My ex was cheating for months so it was an easier decision for me to get rid but even when presented with the facts I still didn't want to divorce her so I know how you feel.
Confront her and see how it goes, if the trust dies then I'm afraid its better to get out of the relationship - beware the waterworks treatment though. My ex was brilliant at it and I only realised too late that she could turn it on and off to suit

Get rid asap, I was with my ex for 4 years when she started becoming all secretive about her phone and where she was off to it used to eat me up wondering what she was upto,, not wanting to believe she was cheating on me but deep down I knew what was happening.
And like a mug even after she ran off, I took her back only to have her run off with my mate 6 months down the line
Woman are like monkeys mate they don't let go of one branch until they have a firm grip on another.
Do as someone said forward one of these messages to your phone and confront her with it then dump the stupid moo, go out with your mates keep busy and forget about her.

Get her phone and change the guys number to yours. Then put some itching powder in her knickers and then when she starts getting uncomfortable jokingly say to her have you got an std or something. Then see if she leaves the room and see if you recieve a text. If you do then you know the answer.
