Didn't really want to pay more than £75 inc P&P anyway.

Trust me mate, I did!

It's a bit of hit and miss whether the stuff gets through or not.

What really annoyed me was having to pay the £30 admin fee to Royal mail for sending me a letter notifying me I was being charged VAT and import duty

Doesn't matter who the carrier is mate.

All in coming goods have to go through UK customs.

Already been watching that one.

No carb or flywheel on that one, although I would still have that from mine.

I'm still hoping Traxxas come through.

Ive bought loads from the US. Ive found its a lucky dip.

You wont be charged duty on anything less than £30.

Anything over that is a lottery on duty charges

It's USPS (US Postal service) rather than UPS (United Parcel Service)

USPS is just the US version of Royal mail and are only responsible for getting the item to the UK. Royal Mail then take over and deliver it to you here.

Like Frayz said, it's lucky dip and also depends how the sender fills out the customs declaration

I've got a plan -

Take one Thunder Tiger SSK truck with a blown engine, add an engine from a Savage 3.5 and see what happens.

Any bets on how long it's going to last?

Very funny Step-Hen

The Scoob is definately too slow at the moment, the battery is totally dead.........which wouldn't be a problem except for one thing........it's parked in the garage and the brakes have seized so I can't push it out to get the bonnet open

BU66ER IT!!!

Think it's time for the trolly jack reverse shuffle

School boy error dude!

That's why I reverse my car into the garage so I have access to the front of the car and the battery!
