What's all this bollox that speeding = criminal offence?
OK I know that the definition of criminal means anyone who breaks the law, but in practice??
If it was a 'real' criminal offence then everyone who speeds would be practically unemployable as a result.
I don't know about you lot but when I apply for a job I don't list speeding offences in my criminal disclosure form.![Confused](images/smilies/confused.gif)
