What motivation have I got to lie? For the 34th time, I didn't get ar*ey on the phone, Jason put the phone down on me, supplied the wrong part....and he's the hero? Wow, scoobynet has changed.
Chris,

You're perfectly entitled to complain mate. Of course, Jase is perfectly entitled to issue a rebuttal. The problem with these threads, as opposed to complimentary ones, is no one -apart from you two- will know what was actually said and in what manner, so neither of you will emerge smelling of roses (or entirely satisfied) unless one admits complete fault and apologises. You're clearly in dispute about who was argumentative and that's just not going to be settled on here. What has been established is that Jase has acknowledged and apologised for the mistakes in terms of the postage and the wrong part.

Really mate, I think that's the best you can hope for.

You're still not happy, we hear that, neither is Jase, we also hear that. I think you've both done all you can to represent yourselves on here though.

Well, I tried to be neutral but have to agree you're getting a hard time on here. I hate butt kissing as well.

Nobody can, or should, comment really as we have not been party to any of it. Saying that, the only thing I can say has gone wrong here is you should not have posted, well at least not until the matter was closed and then it is your responsibility to warn others of "perceived" bad experiences.

That's my tuppence worth anyway. Hope you can sort it out between you both and get the part.

Chris your a star and fair play for saying what you think.

There are way to many **** lickers on sc . . I prefer to keep my opinions to myself as i've seen may a good scoobynetter slated in a shilper ****ti ( whatever she's called ) Jade Goodie stylie for expressing the wrong opinion or speaking ill of some one's favourite ..

I'd never post about something i don't know about. Only you & Jason know what was said. Why people take side's i really don't know.

Andy ( C o B ) obviously knows Jason and is entitled to say all his dealing with him are great and he's 1st class. I don't know Jason or dealt with him and would never slate him as he's done me no wrong.

I know you and have dealt with you - I'm entitled to say my dealing with you were 1st class.

Why people jump on the band wagon and take side is beyond me . .

very very well put. like i said myself earlier, i wasnt going to take sides on this one, even though im a frequent user of jasons services. makes no difference. yes hes got a good rep on here, so has chris, whether hes a parts supplier like scoobybits, or a friggin dustbinman.

im personally not in the habit or rs-kissing, most of it in my case is tongue in cheek, sarcasm, and friendly banter. may seem otherwise, but i have no justifications to make. but, this isnt about me, hopefully you guys, will meet somewhere in the middle, and neither's reputations will be harmed. chris has the option to take his business elsewhere if, as hes said, hes not satisfied.

right im off as to be honest this thread has dragged on for three very unnecessary pages. chris, i hope you get it sorted and the right part, jase, i have had nothing but excellent service from you and will speak soon.

Bought some wheels in a group buy and spoke to Jase on the phone, and found him to be a little abrupt, have to say.

I'm not '**** licking' either because trust me i'm not that kind of guy! The only reason I even bothered posting here was because of your original opening line which you did yourself no favours by putting and instead of editing it perhaps you should have requested the thread was deleted and then settled the issue over the phone.

If you call someone a tosser on here then you should expect people who have had a good service from them to post a comment in their defence! I'm sure you would want the same if someone posted similar comments on a public forum about you and your business!

If it was me I would have given him more time to call me back, he might have been on the phone to other people or had other issues to deal with! It was an issue that could have (and hopefully still can be) easily resolved.

Over and out.

I am all for a fair trade, but lets recap.
-Phoned Jason on friday and ordered an airbox for an sti3.
-He agreed to send it on tuesday 12th (no one was in yesterday to collect)
-Got to 11.30 am this morning, so I rang Jason to a tracking number and estimated time of delivery.
Straight away Jason said he sent it on monday. I thought this was odd due to the original agreement last week.
-I said 'no one was here to collect, so what should'........'Don't speak to me like that, we're not all perfect like you, I don't need to deal with people like you. I'll get it collected and issue you a refund k.' And then he put the phone down. Excuse me for not wishing to phone the guy back.
Granted, it arrived today, but only because the delivery lady didn't get chance to deliver it yesterday. Shame its the wrong one.

Usually, I would have given the guy a second chance, but he made it perfectly clear that he didn't want to talk to me. I even rang back this afternoon and left a message with his mechanic to apologise on my behalf if I had upset him. What more could I do? Send him flowers ffs?

Nothing says "I love you" like Interflora!!

Seriously thought mate, he's apologised for the faults in the provision and delivery of the item, I don't think anything else is going to get settled on here. People will draw their own conclusions from what has been said on both sides.
