This thread has always made me think of the "Waldorf Salad" sketch in Fawlty Towers......one of my favourites

YouTube - Fawlty towers Waldorf salad finale

"We're not satisfied"..........."Well people like you never are!"

Good to see it's sorted though fellas

Dave

I've got a 95 WRX airbox in the shed by the way if anyone needs it!

If you had a problem with Jason in the first place, why not just email him???
There was no need to start slagging him off on a public forum like this, that is no way to get a problem solved!!
I personally have known Jason for over 5 year and have never had a problem with him. I've never even heard his raise his voice
I hope all this bad publicity that you have now brought along doesnt affect his buisness
Hope all this gets sorted soon and can get forgotten about!!

Anyway Jase can you PM me with a price for a radiator plz

Ta Marx

FFS, if people read the whole thread, I never once 'slagged him off', I just stated what had happened. Read it. Then come back and post how I could have done things differently. I'm not going into it anymore, Jason made a **** up, admitted it and i'm just waiting for a him to confirm a collection date.
Marx Mcrae, you say you hope it doesn't damage his business, and now he has a pologised, so do I. But i'm not going to lie for somebody. Plus, Jason says he has now implemented new procedures to improve the customer service. You guys should be bl*ody thanking me!
If anyone has a bad experience with sky/02/bt/tesco's, there straight on here slagging them off and everyone backs them up. Why? Because they're a big company? A business is a business. Jason is part of a subaru parts supplier. He hung up on me for no reason, so I came on here to get him to respond. It worked. End of. Now stop a$se licking siomebody when you don't know the whole story.

Well all I can say is that your 'feellings' are obviously more easily hurt than mine. Didn't mean to be rude on the phone if I was. I was just curious as to why you didn't stick to the original agreement that you suggested.
Anyway, all in the past now. Thankyou for being cooperative and I look foward to the airbox/pipe collection on Monday 18th June.

Regards
Chris
