Only kidding mate. We were too late in the day for any wildlife, all the roadkill was cold by the time we got to it.

We made up for this lack of BBQ food by tucking into the cheese factory samples big style

A few of the others use digital SLR's I if I remember correctly, Canon D350's I believe which is probably over your budget unless you stumble across a real good deal somewhere or maybe a secondhand one.

I use a Canon as well but not DSLR, it's a Power Shot A75, they don't do it anymore but they still do the PowerShot range and your £300 would allow to buy any of the models within that range. Your best bet is to do a bit of research on the camera review sites and see what's recommended, I like the PowerShot as it allows full manual control and it accepts lens adapters so you can mess around with it as much as you want really oh and it takes decent photo's too, not bad for a 3.2 megapixel camera really

Oh and one other thing more megapixels doesn't necessarily make for better pictures, it's more about the lense and the sensor

Aren't you supposed to have taken the shots yourself They seem to be from a pro's website based in San Diego
