Anyone at Goodwood FOS on Friday?

Google Maps
Just before where Station Road becomes Pound Street (before mini roundabout) as you head into Petworth, he sits there on the right zapping you as you come down that long straight as it turns into a 30mph
Not a problem going to Goodwood (if you go that way) but coming back through they zap you (friend got a ticket for 36 in a 30)
He has been there the last 2 breakfast club events.

I'll be there on the Friday.
Nice to see Petter will be there as I have got a Richard Burns Plaque/Convoy Sticker for him to sign.....it's a long story but he was supposed to sign it just before rally GB, but it got lost in the back of one of the trucks.
It already has Dave Richards signature on it though....so hopefully I can blagg a Petter one aswell (maybe even Phil if he's there).

Thoughts...
Not as good as last year but still well worth seeing.
Too many people (would like to see a limited entry, premium ticket like they do at the motorshow).
Alfa has the hottest women (as usual) closely followed by Toyota.
Best display - Ferrari F40, F50 and Enzo together.
Australian pies are nice.
Porsche Cayenne rides looked mental, they were really giving it some over the course.
Lambo brought some nice stuff.
Supercar paddock definitely not as good as last year but nice to see GT3RS, Maser GT, Veyron again.

Great day though with some outstanding cars and 'bikes to be seen, as well as Sollberg. Paddy Hopkirk put his car on its side though! Would not have missed it though even with the long drive.

I set off from High Wycombe at about 06:50, got there at around 08:45. 1/2 pounder with cheese & coffee in hand by 09:00
No traffic problems to speak of - the usual queue the A27 which tool about 30 minutes to clear.
Police seemed to be doing a good job at traffic control, didn't see a single mobile trap. (wasn't speeding anyway).
Left just after the red arrows at about 15:00, no probs getting out or home (aside from a bit of side-ways in the field leaving).
Good day.
Very very busy, I'd say could do with about 1/3 less people. F1 and supercar sections were mobbed all the time.
Given that I've been there for the last 4 years, it did feel very "samey". I'll give revival a go next year instead
Maybe PSL can lend me some of his gear so that I can dress up 60's era clothing?

Not too much of a problem about how you dress, sports jacket and flannels with a cravat if you really want to look the part. I went in my uniform last year but think I have put too much weight back on to wear it now!
Its a great day and I can recommend it.
