Mk 1 looks so pretty compared to the rest. I really can't face changing to a new age, though I must admit some of the blobs with decent body kit have come close to swaying me, but then I look at my classic and I'm swayed no more.

hmm, either that, or just have Mk1 and Mk2 versions.

Mk1. The original 'classic' version went though a half, then full facelift (with some minor tweeks on the way).
Mk2. From what I can tell, the hawkeye is a facelifted blobeye, which in turn is merely a facelifted bugeye (with some minor tweeks on the way).

In reality then, the new Impreza / WRX will be the Mk3 version!!
