I've stayed out of all this 'til now, and this will be my only comment on this matter, but can we all now please move on. There have been disagreements, misunderstandings, harsh words and unpleasentness. It is now time to part and let time heal the wounds if it can. Both clubs will only suffer if this continues, giving a bad name to both and the marque in general. You all know where you stand, you all have your reasons for what may or may not have happened, many have said things which may or may not have been taken out of context, or said things which were indeed taken correctly in context but may now be regretted. Please, let bygones be bygones, move on, shake hands, kiss and make up or vow to never speak to each other again, but please stop this.
I ask every member of the WYIOC, as former events sec, as (I hope) a respected member (whether current, paid up or otherwise), and as a friend, DO NOT POST ANY FURTHER COMMENTS WHICH RELATE TO THE EVENTS SURROUNDING THIS RIDICULOUS AFFAIR, and I request that the NICC show the same respect.

WTF I asked nice not to bite anymore you know what will happen if this keeps up.there is no need for the posts please everyone just move on we will both get it from snet if this keeps up.all these posts need to stop i have spoke with Al and we are trying to stop all this and work togather it is a car club not a place to fight on line as we will both loose members and pi** people off so can all this shi* stop who cares who drinks what who does what it really does not matter MOVE ON

The only way you have seen them drunk is wwhen they where with the wyioc as we have not had one meet yet????
I,m sorry but i see nothing wrong with being with your mates, getting drunk and having a laugh every now and then.
We all do it.
Believe me i,ve seen quite a few members of NICC seriously drunk, obnoxious, rude and downright insulting.
I didn,t run off crying about it.
I just walked away from them, like any normal person would.
I wouldn,t use it as an excuse to leave a club.
You don,t even need to give a reason to leave,
you could have just said
" sorry, i,ve found another club that i want to try, so i won,t be involved in the WYIOC anymore"
It would have been the mature, sensible and decent thing to do.
Using another member as an excuse is just pathetic
And doing it behind his back is even more than pathetic.
