Sorry to be a pain mate but am really wanting to order this now as my tuner is on my back as my car is taking up valuable space in his workshop. Can you confirm current prices and send me Rons contact details please. Thanks.

You could just pm me.

I have asked email regarding this on three occasions and have not got an answer yet, at this point it’s tricky to confirm any prices as the list keeps changing no ones fault i no. At present it will be no cheaper on here than what you can get direct from axis as we are not making the numbers to obtain the discounts, i no its no very helpful but the best thing i can suggest is if you contact axis direct for the price and if in the mean time we get the number up i am sure he will be happy to include it in the group buy.

Bought mine personally from Ron at Axis. These motors are something special i must say. They look awesome. I would recommend anyone whos looking at these to stump up the extra cash and 500+Bhp is easilly obtainable. Mine is 410ish but tuner doesnt want to push any further due to block only having standard sti rods and crank.

From recent experience I would advise against dealing directly with Ron / Axis Power Racing as their policy on customs value has changed and you will pay the FULL DUTY + VAT BILL!

I ordered a short block ($800) and oil pump ($200) plus P&P to my door ($150) on the basis that a low figure would be entered in the declared value.

Some time later, I got a call from the crappy carrier he uses 'Schenker' asking me to pay nearly £300 for Duty and VAT AND Extra to have the item delivered to my door!

On investigation all items had been listed at a high value, and he had only sent the item 'shipped to the airport' not to my door as I had paid for!

On contacting Ron his attitude was 'tough - I decided unilaterally that I was going back on the agreement to mark the goods at a specific value and Im not going to fix the courier issue either - go collect it from the airport'
(over a 2 hour drive away!)
