Daz I do not think that I have kept any information out here, I mentioned earlier in the thread that I was unable to claim anything here in Denmark because the postal office actually need proof that the items were damaged and you did not send me any pictures? They actually need a proof that the items are damaged before they will pay anything? I think that is quite a normal procedure.

You keep saying that if I do not shut up you will keep the money and spend them yourself. I simply can't accept the fact that you are trying to threatening me to silence and that you now have both the gauges, the money I originally transferred to you AND a claim at the postal service.

Your reason for not giving me the postal contact and claim ID is not totally clear to me? If they are claimed the way you are saying I am actually the original receiver, should I then not be able to call them and get a status?

I will tell you one thing though, if I get the contact to the postal office, call them and they can confirm that there was a claim settled two months ago and they just need to send the cheque I will apologize very public in here and delete ANY negative post about you.

I do not understand you constant name calling and ranting at me, I simply want to solve this issue.

Daz, it has absolutely nothing to do with it. I merely suggested he and drb5 hounds you until it is resolved, simple as that. Just like i would do if i was in that situation, i would try every avenue possible.

It would seem it has worked, to the extent that the users of Scoobynet have now seen both sides of the story, and probably worked in your benefit, as up untill your post, it was looking extremely one sided.

All it would take is for RRE to let slip that the damage occured when he posted them back and the claim is refused.
I think he's asking to see proof of a claim has been lodged and has been agreed to pay out. RRE then could/should wait patiently for the cheque to arrive, but if you refuse to give details it looks from the outside that you're withholding the info because there isnt/hasnt been a claim on the damaged goods.

Careful hear mate, as i have a witness and the photos to back it up.

Remember to take into consideration that i couldn't care less if i get any money back you. The thread has done it's work by showing you for who you are and what reaction people will get if they try to get what they are entitled to.....not only their money back(if they even WANT it back ) but an explaination as to why they STILL have recieved it and maybe, just maybe if they'll get it. Not doing yourself any favours here Daz.

2 people who DO have an arguement, against someone who likes to stretch giving money back. If we were telling the truth then why would we make up an arguement to put it on a forum??? After all these years of being on here, i've never had to put up with this. I know you have said similar, but it's your own fault for letting it go on for so long.

Oh and your "conclusive" photos.....no they aren't! LOL! They only thing they show is a 3 bolt up-pipe can fit headers that use a 3 bolt up-pipe. Wow! Your so technically minded. You've still not explained how if they were TSL before, but RCMS now. Trying to bum yourself up by putting a better name on them or what?

Priceless!! Thats why I haven't given you the benefit of doubt here.
You wanted your money back for the headers, six weeks after I sold them to you and also after you'd sold them on to a third party who'd actually had them in his posession for god knows how long.

Those exact same headers are on now on my 500bhp car that I have built myself. They have been on for two months and a couple of thousand miles and yes there is absolutely nothing wrong with them.

Now to round this off. Dr5b is getting sod all from me . Cheers for the roll cage though after alot of work to get all the rust off it its now mint and looks fantastic in my car.

RRE WILL get a refund as I have said all along when and only when I get the cheque from the postage company for the damaged gauges. That for me is the end of this matter.

In that case Darren, could you give me a realistic timeframe?? I mean at what time do you start calling the postal service for a status? As mentioned numerous times here it has been quite a few months by now, when is that enough? I know I am am pussing here, but quite frankly, as long as you do not want to share information with me, you are the only one I can call for a status. I appreciate that you keep saying that you will transfeer the money, but if it's not going to happen within a year to me thats the same as not recieving anything. So again, what is a realistic timeframe for you? If I'll wait another month without any PM's or simular, will you then rant at me again for asking what the status is?

And again I do not understand that you are so offended by me asking you these things? Do you think that when people transfeer money they expect to recieve absolutely nothing in return?

As mentioned before fella, you can keep the money, this thread is worth more than £55 quid to me.

The mate in question had them for one night and he found the cracks. I should have known better than to accpet your word for it, when you said there HAD been cracks in them and had been welded up before.

It's funny how people come out the woodwork and back you up, when threads like these pop up. Know myself and Rasmus REALLY know what your like. I don't think i need to explain anything to you on that subject.

BY FAR not the best pics, but those who care to look closely will see a faint jagged line, which carries on down into the collector. IIRC i found 3 similar cracks...

I COMPLETELY hold my hands up and say i SHOULD have checked them properly when i received them, but i took Darrens words on good faith. That is from now on not good enough for me. I also admit he HAS given me some of my money back, but should have sorted the rest of it all out by now.

Again, Daz keep your money i simply couldn't care less. I know what i know and you ain't the man your trying to be.

Dave,
questioning my manhood? My word whatever next.

Now we move on to your written statement that I am a liar.
Shall I sue you for libel, or slander??

Count yourself lucky I didnt just tell you to f%ck off when you came back to me and wanted your money back SIX weeks after the deal. I've given you £145 back that's more than most people would of done. The rest of your tyrade shows you for what an unintelligent chancer you clearly are. If ever you're down my my feel free to come and say hello and if we must we'll sort the personal stuff you've been throwing around out the old fashioned way.

RRE I have not been offended by your asking but I am pissed off you've resorted to do things in this manner. I have been phoning the postal company on a weekly basis. I have again today and they have informed me that the said cheque has been authorised and should be here by the end of next week.

But I have been telling you that they are dealing with it all along but you have repeatedly refused to listen and accept this and have tried to humilate me in public. I havent been replying to your constant harrassing PM's because I have nothing to update you with and my replies would only be the same as in "They are still dealing with it".

Atleast you've conducted yourself in a better manner than drb5 has, and thats why I will refund you your money. You have paid money you haven't got the goods. I accept that, have all along. Had the gauges not arrived back damaged you'd have had your refund long ago.

But again I've said this all along but this hasn't sunk in.

So RRE you'll get your money within the next 10 days.

drb5 is getting nothing!!

My only comment on this thread is that claiming money out of the postal service is a nightmare.. Had a printer damaged in shipping once, took months and months before we were refunded

Reading this thread as a completely unbiased member I would tend to go with daz on his take on things... Probably as he is reacting the way i would if I was in his position.

Not saying who's right and wrong though cos the only people that know the truth are you guys.

If i was in a position to tell all about the PM i got from someone else on this forum, i think you'd soon change your mind fella.

As per usual, all you read is not always the full story.

Stop spouting **** you fool. Either back comments like that up or get lost plain and simple. I'm quite happy for you to post whatever you want I'm totally and utterly happy with my conduct. Infact I challenge you to post it. The very fact that you haven't posted it makes me question its very existance. Why dont you try and explain to every one this full story you keep hinting at.

For someone who's not bothered about not getting this £55 you're making lots of personal remarks and hinting that I've done something fundementally wrong on here in the past. Wow you've even gone to the trouble of putting that rhetoric on your forum signature. You sad,sad person. You're saving me a job and showing everyone on this forum what type of calibre of person you really are. Keep up the good work.

Like I've said back it up with facts and proof not this third party pretend hearsay crap or crawl back to your hole you menial lowlife.

There you go numb nuts one gauntlet firmly laid down!!

Question it's very existance then, i don't care. I know the truth, which i've been asked not to post on the forum. I'll honour that. If they feel the need to do it, then fine. I'll be looking forward to hearing the "date" and then the "outcome".

I know why I never buy off here or ebay for that matter unless its got a receipt(notice the correct spelling of receipt) i.e brand new or from a shop.

What a load of hassle and choice words, I think this serves as a warning to all of us just what may happen if we go down the second hand road.
On another note isnt that always a risk of buying second hand and how many of you (be truthful) would actually give all/some of the money back as quite rightly stated earlier in this saga 'SOLD AS SEEN'

There's 2 sides to every story and somewhere in between will be the truth.

What I can't understand is if RRE sent back the gauges to dazdavies, RRE being the "sender" is the one who should have claimed in the first place.

The terms and conditions of the Royal Mail and any other courier service, state the sender is responsible for suitable packing and making any claims.

Let RRE do his own claiming.

There doesn't appear to have been any fraud or deception here, more a lack of communication. Hopefully all's well that ends well.

With stupid? I have read the afore mentioned posts and to be honest i hope the people at scooby clinic succeed in court, just to give you a taste of your own medicine in the way to deal with people fairly.

As for your comments on being well versed in the law, so am i as its my proffession but i don't keep spounting off about suing this and that just because i know a small amount about the law. It's nonsense like this that just waste's my time week in week out.

And as for the comment of "Im with stupid" please refrain from name calling its not very nice and is incredibly childish.
