With stupid? I have read the afore mentioned posts and to be honest i hope the people at scooby clinic succeed in court, just to give you a taste of your own medicine in the way to deal with people fairly.
As for your comments on being well versed in the law, so am i as its my proffession but i don't keep spounting off about suing this and that just because i know a small amount about the law. It's nonsense like this that just waste's my time week in week out.
And as for the comment of "Im with stupid" please refrain from name calling its not very nice and is incredibly childish.

LOL here I am having lunch wondering what to do about a person like Daz and the answer is quiet simple.....Nothing.
It is not my problem as I have not dealt with you and never will.
I would also like to take the time to thank the people who complained about your dealings on hear as they have probably just saved myself and other noobs a lot of hassle and so ends my comments on this subject and good luck in court.

I really don't want to get involved in this at all but i would just like me to mention my own dealings with Daz.
I len't him a turbo to run his car in with. I was not using it, it was just sitting there doing nothing. I stated he could keep it as long as he wanted. He even asked if i wanted anything for it's hire.
He ran it for a while, and insisted on PM'ing me every now and again asking if i wanted it back. I did not need it so i said just keep it.
When he eventually sorted his new turbo out, he put mine in his boot and drove it 70 miles to give it me back in person a week or so later.
