Terror attack on Glasgow Airport
#63
Reported on Sky news as "rushed to hospital for treatment to burns"
in reality means "taken away on the quiet to have his burns dowsed in vinegar and poked with a rusty screw driver until he gives up a few names"

Its good that they didn't manage to kill themselves (or anyone else) so they can be questioned and give clues to what the extent of the operation was, however they wont be getting out anytime soon, so the taxpayer is stuck with them in prison, probably bleating about their conditions, demanding appeals, legal representation etc, hopefully the crispy one will last long enough to give some names, I prescribe the wire brush and Dettol treatment for best result, not for his injuries but to get some information.
Must be dissapointing, expecting a glorious martyrs death and the 72 virgins and ends up in a hospitable bed, half cooked, smelling of unleaded with a lot of very grumpy coppers waiting around to ask very awkward questions prior to spending the rest of your life in prison.

With any luck he should get infected with MRSA, contract gas gangrene, lose all his limbs, and die a slow, smelly, painful death
F**k terrorists. I've just today booked a family break in Dublin, flying out of Prestwick Ryanair 99p specials

Someone on another message board picked up on the one-liners used by eyewitnesses and, in some cases, those involved with restraining one of the 'bombers', whilst being interviewed by Sky, BBC, etc.:
"...the sound of it was, like...if ye have flung a can of deodorant onto a fire...ya know what I'm talking aboot."
Airport worker - "I was like, what's the score here?"
Holiday maker - "The police had him doon, I managed to get a boot in once before he was taken away."
Only in Glasgow would you find people willing to RUN TOWARDS an al-Qaeda bomber on fire to deal some retribution.
Brilliant.

I remember hearing the second quote on Radio 5. Any more of those?
It's funny though how all the eyewitnesses seemed to see something different though!

Good lads.
Lets hope some tosser doesn't nick them for being racist
Thinking about it, that would be hard to get it to stick in court. THEY were carring out a racist attack in the 1st place

Loved the interview with John Smeaton, the baggage handler who tackled the feccking terrorist :
"Britain doesn't accept this sort of thing. We'll just carry on as normal. And if they come to Glasgow, we'll set about them."

What pissed me off was the Chief Constable's press conference where instead of reassuring the innocent public that all is being done to prevent acts of terrorism such as this, he seemed more interested in expressing how hard he was going to come down on any acts of retribution against the asian community.
FFS we had just been victim of a terrorist attack!

Torturing the suspects would prove nothing, the evidence would not be accepted in court thank goodness, and would do nothing more than to bring us down to the level of the extremists.
Their religion does not teach that they should murder innocent people, but it is long past time that the moderates did something positive to remove these murderers from their midst so that they could no longer influence the young and impressionable into carrying out their orders.
