Its amazing how many young female students are going to interviews without realising that there prospective employers may have seen all the lingerie shots they posted for there mates, apparently one fifth of all employers use it as a vetting tool

Ah Facebook. A few friends use it and funnily enough we found a group called "I work at XXXXX but spend all day on facebook", one of my friends working for company XXXX. She knew a lot of the people who were on it. A few days later managment sends out an email sayinf they have found out about the group and are removing facebook access, etc... Very amusing.
How stupid do you have to be to join a group which basically says you're abusing the computers during work time? Asking for trouble that is.

So what do you reckon then? It would be a bit hard for them to lie as millions of people around the world either couldn't get an account unless they had an .edu or similar email address.....and then they could get an account with any email address.
Besides it's well documented on the web and their traffic/members stats back it up to.

Rannoch, you're not alone! After your previous post on the subject I felt that I should get my house in order and sort out my Facebook profile. I'm still bumbling around it but have managed to find some old friends although not without having to trawl through lots of similarly named people from around the world first I don't know what I'm doing wrong!
Anyway as someone pointed out in your previous thread it can be quite addictive although at the time I have to admit I thought they were talking rubbish
